Refunds and Returns
Please select items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If you require assistance, please contact us at hello@theselfcollectiveco.com.au before purchasing and we will be happy to help you. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
We take every care to ensure that your items arrive safely and in pristine condition. In the event that your item is damaged (excluding the packing box and materials) when it arrives, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with images of the damage. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before you have been contacted by us. The Self Collective Co will replace any damaged items or offer you a store credit.
